It has been so long since I posted.  I had forgotten that I had created this blog as a place to just vent.  My life certainly hasn't turned out how I thought it would.

Cylis is now 12 and lives in a Proctor home.  That's a foster home that specifically handles hard to take care of or difficult children.  They are professional foster care givers, and not interested in adopting.  Cylis had been living with Jadden and their foster dad Jim.  Jim is interested in adopting Jadden, but after more than a year, just could not handle Cylis any longer.

Jadden loves living with Jim.  He is a very talented Hip Hop dancer.  He is 10 and as cute as can be.  I'm very hopeful that as the adoption moves forward, he will have the loving home he has always wanted.

Kelsie has been adopted by Tiffany and Dan.  They are a wonderful family with 8 kids.  Kelsie is the youngest, and has been a part of that family long enough, most of her memories are of this family.

Paris is 14 (I think)  he was always a cute kid.  Very kind and mellow.  Now as a teenager he is going through some rough spots.  I hope he is strong enough to get through them and become a strong adult.

Cameron married Candy this spring, and about a week or two later they had a little boy, Ahli.  The day after he was born Cameron was taken into custody for failure to appear at a court hearing.  He begged and pleaded until I finally agreed to have him live with us on an ankle monitor.

While this isn't what I thought of when I was growing up, this is my family, and I need to love them and appreciate what I have.  A hard lesson to learn.
